My Education & Background
BACKGROUND
My dedication to health and wellness is backed by a robust academic and professional background. I've shaped mental health initiatives, led a foundation for pediatric cancer, and currently teach bioethics and writing as an adjunct law professor. With this background, I specialize in creating wellness programs that rely on the science of behavior change.
I work both in private client and group wellbeing coaching. My approach is particularly impactful for those engaged in demanding, high stress environments who are looking for tools to reach their goals with more refined control and alacrity. Wellbeing is imperative to achievement professionally and personally; wholistic coaching offers you a chance to transform with authenticity so the impact naturally unfolds in all aspects of your life.
EDUCATION
I draw from a rich educational background, with degrees from Harvard College (B.A.), Harvard Law School (J.D.), and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (M.P.H., Zuckerman Fellow, Gareth Green Award for Excellence in Public Health Practice). This academic experience enables me to offer insights and strategies that are both sophisticated and scientifically grounded. However, it is the warmth, openness, and genuine curiosity about each client's story that defines my approach.

I'm a Health and Wellness Coach, NBC-HWC, certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. I have additional training in positive psychology and mindfulness based stress reduction. My experience and training position me to offer unparalleled guidance in your wellness journey.
